Returns and Exchanges for Unused, Unopened Items

  • Eligibility: You may return or exchange unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days from the time of delivery. 

  • Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team by phone or email. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number.

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error.

  • Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Processing Time: Please note that refunds credited back to the original method of payment may take up to 14 days to process.

Returns and Exchanges for Customized Imprinted Items

  • Policy: Because imprinted items are customized just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customized imprinted items. These items are considered final sale.
